General

KhaneMe is a discovery platform that helps you find mess services — community dining establishments — near you. We are not a food delivery service. We help you discover messes; all transactions are directly between you and the mess.
No. KhaneMe is a discovery platform only. We don't prepare, cook, serve, or deliver food, and we don't process payments. We simply help you find mess services near you.
No. KhaneMe takes no commission on any transaction. You pay the mess directly. The apps are free to download and use.
KhaneMe is location-based and grows as more messes join. Download the app and allow location to see mess services available around you.

For Foodies

KhaneMe uses your location to show mess services nearby. Make sure location permission is enabled in your device settings for the best experience.
Every account gets a personal referral code. Share it with friends from the Referral & Invites section in the app. When they sign up with your code and complete onboarding, it counts as a successful referral.
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. Your personal details are anonymised immediately and your account is deactivated.

For Mess Owners

Download KhaneMe Business, register your mess with its name, location and photos, then publish your thalis and timings. You'll appear in nearby customers' feeds.
An FSSAI license is optional for listing but strongly recommended. You are solely responsible for obtaining required licenses and complying with food safety laws. KhaneMe does not verify FSSAI licenses with authorities.
KhaneMe Business shows you profile views (how many customers saw your listing) and thali click counts (how many tapped into your meal plans). Both are updated regularly so you know what's getting attention. All data is aggregated and anonymized — we never share individual customer identities or contact details.
Yes. You can mark your mess as temporarily closed from your profile so customers know you're not serving right now, without removing your listing.
